Lilac

I love lilac! I am enjoying both the sight and smell of a boquet of it on my dining room table. I also had fun taking pictures of it too.

Geese

I enjoyed observing and photographing these 2 geese and their cute babies.  They sure were taking good care of the little goslings.  They were eating the dandelion blooms! 

When they decided it was time to leave, the lead adult went into the water and all the babies right behind it and the last adult squeezed up right close behind the babies.... keeping them safe from the front and rear.   Once they were out in the deep water far from the shore they let the babies spread out almost single file.  Very interesting to watch.

I took these two shots in a beautiful place called "Dow Gardens". I can't wait to go back there and spend the day shooting!

Yay! It is Finally Spring in Michigan!!

 This little daffodil bud made it's appearance  around the 21st of April.

 Around the end of April or the first of May the trees started getting leaves on them.

The dandelions appeared!
