Simple Blessings

I have been thinking about how some of life's simpler things are really blessings. Like a nice hot cup of coffee on a cold winter day, a bowl of fresh homemade tapioca pudding while it is still warm, and home made chocolate chip cookies. Just simple ingredients... flour, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla.... but oh so yummy.... so I titled these images "Simple Blessings".

Spider

This little guy really did not want his picture taken. I had a terrible time trying to get him to sit still for even a second. He could move really, really fast, and all he had on his mind was escaping. I did manage to get a few shots of him though.

Biscuits

I love making home made biscuits. Scott's grandmother took the time to teach me to make biscuits years ago. I almost always think of her when I make them. Homemade biscuits, butter, and a little honey.... yum, yum.

Michigan Scenes

This interesting little building sits in a field along a rural Michigan road. I am not sure what it is..... maybe a workshop of some type. I thought it looked especially pretty in the early morning light, just after sunrise.
