Fall in Tennessee

I am really loving this beautiful fall weather, with it's brilliant blue skies and nice puffy clouds. The cool nights and warm days are so pleasant, not to mention the colors are beginning to change in the trees. We have been enjoying a big full harvest moon for the last few days too. It is so bright, when you walk in the moonlight it casts a shadow like the sun does!

My Corner Of The World

I thought I would show you what my corner of the world has been looking like lately. These were taken about 1 week ago. It was such a beautiful fall day, I took a drive just to enjoy the blue sky, puffy white clouds, and fall wildflowers.

Zinnias Again

More Zinnias :)

I planted zinnias in the edge of my garden and they have bloomed beautifully for me all summer long. I have tried many times to capture their beauty. I planted a few different varieties so the shapes and colors are very varied. The butterflies were many in number earlier in the summer but now they only come occasionaly in the warmer part of the day. I was zoomed in on the zinnia and trying different apertures to see which way I liked it best and this little guy just flew down and posed for me :) Here are my latest attempts at the zinnias.
